Juan Gainza, Esq.

A native to South Florida, Juan specializes in Family Law and Immigration Law. His compassion and extensive experience in handling complex family law matters is what matters most to his clients. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he also possesses a keen understanding of immigration law that allows him to provide exceptional case results for his clients.

After several years working for a larger attorney firm, Juan and his wife, Hilda, opened Gainza Law to provide their clients with a smaller boutique-style and personalized approach. Juan graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and received his Juris Doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

Juan is a current member of the Florida Bar and past member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association and the American Bar Association. The Gainza family is proud to call Broward their home.
